Adult ROP Courses
Customer Service for Adults
Customer Service for Adults course is designated to introduce students to the foundational skills required for a customer service based business environment. Emphasis is placed on exceeding customer service expectations and developing proficiency with touch keyboarding and 10-key, plus fundamental computer applications in word processing and spreadsheets. Students will be provided the opportunity to inter at local businesses within their community.
