Class Description:Customer Service for Adults course is designated to introduce students to the foundational skills required for a customer service based business environment. Emphasis is placed on exceeding customer service expectations and developing proficiency with touch keyboarding and 10-key, plus fundamental computer applications in word processing and spreadsheets.
