Biography
Debbie Perez is an Instructor for Computerized Office Technology and Customer Service for Adults in Los Banos. She worked for Jobs for California Graduates as a Career Planning Instructor at Dos Palos High School and as a Career Advisor for WIA Older Youth 17-21 in Los Banos, Dos Palos and Gustine. Debbie also worked as an Empower Advisor for the WIA Older Youth Program.
Debbie received her Vocational Education Teaching Credential training through California State University of Sacramento and her AA Degree in General Education from Merced College. She worked for 18 years as a Marketing/Sales Representative for Lesher Newspaper Inc.and 4 years in Office Administration occupations.
Debbie coached girls' softball and other youth sports in her community. She now spends her extra time cake decorating, party planning and spends vacations with her grandchildren in Las Vegas.
Mission Statement
To introduce adult students to the job market and provide hands on training in the community. To let students know that it is never too late to seek higher education and make career changes. To assist students in exploring new careers, positive work ethics, teamwork, and pride in their work. Most importantly, to give them a better perspective of life and career opportunities, as well as be a good role model and mentor.
