Magaly Cisneros

Magaly Cisneros is a senior at Atwater High School, and although she is still enrolled, she is a success story for sure! Magaly has been an agriculture student for four years and has been enrolled in Art & History of Floral Design for 2 years. Also, Magaly is this year’s current Atwater FFA Chapter Reporter. As a second year floral design student, Magaly is the Teacher Aide and assists students in arrangements and design sales.
Her skills and talents brought Magaly to the floriculture judging team for the FFA. She has been a member for three years, and is one of the top competitors. In this competitive team, Magaly is able to utilize her skills gained in the floral design course. The areas include cut flower, houseplant, and floral tool identifications, creating a corsage and arrangement, judging classes of arrangements, cut flowers, and houseplants, and finally presenting reasons for her placings to a panel of judges. Magaly excels in all areas of the competition.
Encompassing all her experiences and talents, Magaly will be applying to UC Davis for entrance next fall. She is an excellent student, leader, and florist, and is commended for her hard work at Atwater High School and in the agriculture department.
