Abdiel Valencia
Abdiel is senior at Atwater High School and is currently enrolled in Mrs. Acheson's ROP Creative Design and Merchandising class.
While being in Mrs. Acheson's class, Abdiel has learned valuable skills that have been helpful to him at his jobsite. Abdiel is currently placed at Gottschalk's. His site manager, Ms. Pat Capor, commented that Abdiel is an outstanding ROP student. He has perfect attendance, is a team leader, consistently on task and always willing to go beyond what is required of him. Through his class, Abdiel has learned basic merchandising, communication, and employability skills. Abdiel is known for his positive attitude and professionalism and comes to class each day equipped with these skills.
After graduation Abdiel has huge plans of becoming an Interior Designer. Abdiel believes that responsibility and hard work has been the key to his success this year. He is a great student and clearly displays all the skills needed to be a success.
