Jesus Lazcano is enrolled in Mr. Bitter's ROP Power Equipment Technology class at Chowchilla High School.
Jesus believes that a successful person is someone who has the skills to do their job correctly and efficiently. To be chosen as the ROP Student of the Quarter, Jesus accomplished all the goals he set for himself and also was a good example to his classmates. Jesus' future goals are to graduate from Chowchilla High School, attend college and become successful at whatever he chooses to do. Jesus' advice to other students is to do their best and enjoy what they are doing because they will get farther in school and in the future.
Mr. Bitter chose Jesus as ROP Student of the Quarter because he is a hardworking young man who takes pride in his work. Mr. Bitter commented that Jesus has completed numerous projects and is currently restoring an antique 12 HP motor. Jesus' attention to detail guarantees his success on the project.
