He believes that there is no quitting in life and one must always give 100% or more when trying to achieve any goal. Jorge also pays close attention to details on his assignments. Jorge's future goals are to further his animation boundaries and become a professional in the fine arts field.
ROP has taught Jorge many skills that will be useful when he enters the workforce. He has learned social skills and how to adjust in a work environment. He believes this is important because he will be able to apply these skills when getting a job. He has also learned how to write a cover letter, resume and fill out a job application; all essential components that will assist Jorge in his quest for a job. His advice to other students is to enroll in ROP Animation. He believes that ROP is great experience for anyone. His class has given him confidence and work experience in the area that he enjoys the most, animation.
Mrs. Hauff selected Jorge as the ROP Student of the Quarter because he demonstrates respect for his work and the program. He works hard and is extremely helpful in class. Overall he has a great attitude in class and is an exceptional artist. He always goes above and beyond with his work and creates some incredible cartoons.
