Desirae Walsh
Desirae Walsh is a junior at Gustine High School and she is currently enrolled in Ms. See's ROP Business and Marketing Occupations class.
Desirae believes a successful person is someone who is honest and has the drive to complete something they started. She believes one of her achievements this quarter is that she maintained her grades. She won't give up until she has accomplished what she set out to do.
Desirae plans on attending a four year college after high school and getting a great education. She wants to become a teacher and help others. A few skills she has learned is how to work in the business field and how to work with others. She has also learned computer and communication skills. Some advice Desirae would give to other students interested in ROP is it will help them with skills that are necessary. Desirae commented that ROP is a wonderful experience and you won't regret enrolling in the class.
Mrs. See chose Desirae as ROP Student of the Quarter because she is a highly motivated student, who is able to accomplish her own goals and helps others too. It is a pleasure to have her in class as she brightens the day for everyone around her.
